We are currently working with the platform Kangu. This platform allows customers to choose the carrier with the most efficient shipping and deadline for their location.

 

We only work withdefault shipping option. In case the consumerwant the SEDEX optionoffered by the post office, it is onlycontact usthrough our social networks thatWe will budget for this shipping format.

Our deliveries are sent withinthree days after confirmation of payment. 
 
IMPORTANT: DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC, ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED IN DELIVERY, AND MAY HAVE A LONGER DEADLINE THAN THAT INFORMED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

For this we have developed our exchange and return policy in accordance with theLaw 8078 of 1991, of the Consumer Protection Code

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Forrequest an exchange or returnof the product, you must contact us via emailfailurebrand@gmail.comor via whatsapp on the number(16) 9 97667595.

You haveup to 7 (seven)calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, for exchange or return.Requests will be accepted as long as the product does not show signs of use, washing or alterations.

THEFAILUREworks with um 1 to 3 business days for order delivery, from the date of payment approval. Because of this it is important to get in contact immediately, because if the order has already been sent, unfortunately it will not be possible to cancel it.
